360° Performance Review

Everyone loves feedback... until they receive it!

Our 360° Performance Review gathers feedback from the most important individuals surrounding your leader, including:

  • Managers
  • Peers
  • Direct Reports

Once the feedback is compiled, the review is shared with the executive undergoing coaching to identify blind spots, recognize areas for improvement, and build the foundation for the personalized coaching program.

Stakeholder & Management Engagement

Your business has a vested interest in making sure its leaders succeed. Our process begins with an understanding of the business's goals and its vision for the individual undergoing coaching.

During the coaching process, we hold regular meetings with stakeholders and other interested parties to discuss the coaching progress, talk about the next areas of focus, and provide an opportunity for stakeholders to shift the direction of the coaching program.

Ongoing & On-Demand Support

Executive coaching is an intense business endeavor, but it's also intensely personal - our previous coaching recipients have strong, long-term relationships with our executive coaches.

Once the "official" coaching program is completed, our executive coaches conduct periodic check-ins to make sure the coaching program is working as intended.
