Executive Development Plan
An intake interview is conducted to understand overall objectives for coaching engagement,
background information, key stakeholders, and candidates for 360° feedback interviews.
Both business and personal goals for engagement are identified.
The 360°
Performance Review
Feedback interviews are conducted face to face or via phone to gather perceptions from subordinates, peers, supervisor, and other key stakeholders.
A session with the executive is arranged to discuss the feedback and to identify strengths, gaps, and blind spots in current position.
Ongoing Coaching
Towards Objectives
Potential “next positions” are identified along with strengths and skills needed for success.
Action plans and timing are generated. It is useful at this point to establish a network for support.
Succession plans are also developed to ensure long term stability of group when executive moves on.
